RULES AND INFO

• GO - group order
• GOM - group order manager
• Joiner - a person who takes part in a GO
• Claims - items claimed by a joiner in a GO
• A replacement - a person who will take your part of the order instead of you
                                              ✧･ﾟ Rules ﾟ✧:･
1. By joining any of my GOs you automatically agree to all of the rules stated here as well as the ones regarding a specific GO.
2. Treat everyone with respect.
3. Do not use the GO group chats for sending unrelated messages, threats or advertising yourself. This behavior is strictly prohibited.
4. You are obliged to pay for your claims within the deadlines stated by the GOM. If the payment is delayed without any prior notice or message (please let me know if you need more time) a fee of 1 EUR (4 PLN) will be added for each day after the deadline up to one week. If no payment is made within that time, you will loose your items without a refund. The items will be put up for sell in order to cover the remaining payments.
5. Please think it through before joining a GO and be absolutely sure about claiming the item that you want, as in most of them I do not accept back outs and deleting claims takes up a lot of my time. If back outs are allowed for a specific GO (it will always be stated in the post), you can do so under these conditions: there is still more than one week left before the joining deadline and you haven't paid for your claims yet. Otherwise, you will need to find a replacement.
6. I am not responsible for any damage or lost items caused by the shipping company or the manufacturer.
7. I do not accept any refunds. I only return over-payments if they occur due to price overestimation. The exception is a situation in which I have to close a GO. Please keep in mind that if your preferred method of return charges fees, I will not include them, as I only give back the amount that was overpaid, so you might receive a bit less money.
8. If you are using payment methods such as international bank transfer, paypal or revolut, please alwas remember to include the fee. In case of paypal always use the family and friends option if available.
9. I am allowed to close a GO or a batch if not enough spots are covered or item is no longer available.
10. Items will be shipped only after all of your payments were covered. Shipping method will be determined later through a form sent in the group chat. You can check the available shipping methods and schedule in the "shipping" section.
11. Before joining, please make sure that your dms are open. Otherwise, please send me a dm first in order for me to add you to the gc.
12. Please be patient, as a lot of GOs are made for pre-order items. I will always try my best to inform you about the general shipment date and send you any updates regarding it as soon as I can.
13. Please understand that I am a human too, and I can't always respond to your message or pack your items, however I will try to do that as soon as I can.
14. Please always remember to include your instagram handle in the title/note while making a payment and follow the template provided by the GOM. In case of paypal only include your ig handle.
15. If you break any of the rules, your ability to comment might be restricted and you will be blacklisted from joining any of my future GOs. I try to avoid making DWAYORs, but if your behavior is unacceptable, there is a possibility that I will post one.                                      ✧･ﾟ Additional Info ﾟ✧:･
• I am based in Poland (EU), so please always take that into consideration. I accept WW joiners, but shipping to you might be a bit expensive, unless shipment through Vinted is available to you (you can check by searching for my profile - juliajunjun)
• If you have any questions related to any of my GOs or just want to chat, feel free to dm me. However, please respect my boundaries and do not send any mean messages.
• If you need any Polish translations for messages sent in the group chat, rules or post details, please feel free to contact me.
• If I don't send any updates, most likely there aren't any.
• I will always send a spreadsheet made for a specific GO in the dedicated group chat. Please use it to track your claims and payments.
• All of my GOs are non-profit I only take payments to cover the base price of the item, shipment, customs fees and packing materials.
• If you are uncomfortable with any of my rules, information given in the post or the fact that I usually claim Ricky's photocards, please do not join my group orders.
• Items will always be sorted through a google form. You can choose to leave your items sealed (in this case, please do not fill in the form), unless stated otherwise. I will send the form at a previously agreed upon time in order to fit everybody's schedule. It is advised to prepare your member priority list beforehand. I will always try to give everyone their top picks, but please understand that it is not always possible.
• POBs given in the GOs for albums will be distributed through liking a message with the specific POB that you want. The time of POB claiming will always be announced earlier after agreeing with everyone, to best fit their schedule. Please always read the POB claiming rules before participating and do not like already liked messages, unless there are multiple pieces of the same POB. Only claims the amount corresponding to the number of albums that you claimed and paid for and for the version of the albums that you ordered. This usually doesn't apply to albums with member versions, as I try to match included POBs to the cover.
• All GOs usually consist of these payments: base price, shipping to Poland, customs tax fee, packing materials, shipping to you.
• Your items will usually be shipped according to the shipping schedule provided in the "shipping" section. You can find shipping methods there as well. Payment options are listed in te "payments" section.
• Please do not send any spam messages to my dms or email inbox.

1. I retain all rights to my artwork (I am allowed to share the piece as an example for self-promotion and portfolio use, unless it was discussed beforehand). By commissioning me the client is only purchasing my labor - unless discussed all commissions are assumed to be for personal use.
2. The client may NOT trace, copy, redistribute, or profit from my artwork without my written permission, unless it was discussed prior to the start of my work - commercial use will require the payment of an additional fee.
3. AI, OR NFT USE AND RESELLING MY ARTWORK ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED; YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO FEED MY WORK INTO ANY AI PROGRAMS. This also applies to the use of my artwork for anything that profits, promotes or is associated with the use of NFT, AI programs or cryptocurrency.
4. I do not offer refunds for the work that was already done. Dissatisfaction with the results or change of your mind is not a sufficient reason for a refund.
5. I reserve full copyright for the use of any preliminary designs and incidental works made in the process of the artwork creation, unless it was previously discussed and otherwise agreed upon.
6. A 100% upfront payment must be made using any of my available payment methods (check "payments" to see them) before I start working on the commission. If the price of the commission is high, I can agree to split the payment to 75% upfront, 25% after finishing my work, but it must be previously discussed.
7. Please DO NOT file for chargebacks under any circumstances.
8. I have the right to refuse any commission request without needing to explain the reason, however, I will most likely explain it.
9. I reserve the right to stop working on a commission or refuse a commission request due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, mistreatment or a breach of any of my rules.
10. I am not a full time artist, so please understand that I might not be able to work on your commission everyday and be patient, but I will try to deliver it as fast as I can to the best of ma ability. If any delays are expected, the client will be informed about them.
11. As soon as any major progress is made, I will try my best to share and consult it with my client. Please make sure that everything is to your liking and let me know if something requires any adjustments before I proceed further. However, please understand that I cannot offer endless changes, especially if they are major.
12. I am not obliged to explain the reasons behind any extensions of the deadlines or delays, but I will often do so out of politeness.
13. The client must specify the content of their commission (such as design, colors, references, display or canvas size, etc.) to the best of their ability prior to making an agreement.
14. The price of the commission will be based on its complexity.
15. The client is responsible for ensuring that their contact details are true, correct and current.
16. Once the commission is finalized and the artwork is accepted, I will send you a full resolution file through email (unless it was a commission for an artwork in physical form).
17. I do not accept commissions that are NSFW or include complicated mecha designs.
